We are engaged in the punching of all kinds on CNC machines. We have the state of art machines to do this job with a lot of precision and neatness. This can be a single stage operation or it can be done in various stages depending on the desired results. Usually we carry out this process on sheet metal but as per the requirement this can also be done on other materials like polystyrene.
Along with this we can also combine various operations like bending, blanking, coining, drawing, deep drawing and chasing, forming piercing and progressive stamping. Such procedures come to various uses commercially and small scale. These operations allow sheet metal part designers to assess alternative designs very quickly to optimize their part for low cost manufacture. We pay a lot of attention to detailing and that shows in our end products.

Perforated SheetsWe at Sharan have the expertise and experience of punching holes in all sheet metals and all other kinds of punchable materials with excellent precision. We use the state of art technology and technical know-how to do this with utter proficiency. All kinds of patters, circular, straight or otherwise can be achieved through this process. We have machines which can perforate coils that are up to 1250 mm wide and 4 mm thick. The materials that we can perforate include Aluminum, stainless steel, most of the alloys, plastics, aluminum composite panels, Bakelite, fiber and PVC with a lot of precision and neatness.
