Job Responsibilities:

• Generate Business through Government Institutions and Major Corporate.
• Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets.
• Preparation of MIS reports for focused database for the target market & proper management decisions.
• Training the team members.
• Responsible for all major Sales Negotiations.
• Project Management, Key Account Management and Development.
• Building and maintaining relationships with architects, planning consultants, builders
• Responsible for controlling the market receivables to manage credit figures
• Developing and sustaining the existing network and effectively managing the supply chain, ensuring timely deliverables.

• Responsible for efficient Working Capital Management in his zone
• Region-wise profitability
• Effective BTL activities
